At Royal Lush, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- During high-volume sale periods, processing may take slightly longer
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
- Royal Lush is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India
- International shipping is not available at the moment
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout
- Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp
- Customers can also track their order using the Track Order option on our website
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order
- Royal Lush will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
- Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases
Undelivered / RTO Orders
- In case an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal by the customer, reshipping charges will apply
- Refunds (if any) for returned orders will be processed only after deducting shipping and handling charges
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy
- Claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery along with a full opening video
