Refund & Replacement Policy
At Royal Lush, we take great care in ensuring that every product is packed and shipped with the highest standards of quality control.
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we do not offer refunds or replacements for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, dissatisfaction with the product, or incorrect expectations.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement will be provided only in the following cases:
- You have received a damaged product, or
- You have received an incorrect product
To be eligible
- The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
- A clear, unedited, and continuous opening video of the shipment is mandatory
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- The shipping label
- The product being opened
- The issue (damage or wrong item)
- Claims without a proper opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
- Product does not match personal expectations
- Customer does not like the fragrance, texture, color, or finish
- Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product usage
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Claims raised after 72 hours of delivery
- Missing or edited opening video
Return Process
- Do not return any product without contacting us first
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will guide you with the next steps
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
